Terms and Conditions of Payment
Introduction These terms and conditions govern your use of The Umonics Method Pte Ltd’s website to register your child for our pre-school level bootcamp. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.
1. Payment
All fees for our bootcamp are payable in advance and in full at the time of registration. We accept payment through our website’s payment gateway.
2. Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds will be given if your child is unable to attend the bootcamp due to sickness or any other reason. If the bootcamp is cancelled by The Umonics Method Pte Ltd, a full refund will be provided to all registered participants.
3. Age Restriction
Our pre-school level bootcamp is intended for children between the ages of 2 to 6 years old, who have previous classroom training.
4. Limitation of Liability
The Umonics Method Pte Ltd will not be held liable for any injuries, damages or losses incurred by your child during the bootcamp. By registering your child for our bootcamp, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with the bootcamp, and agree to release The Umonics Method Pte Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, actions, or damages arising from your child’s participation in the bootcamp.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in relation to the bootcamp and its contents (including but not limited to the curriculum, materials, and presentations) are owned by The Umonics Method Pte Ltd. You may not use or reproduce any of our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimers
The Umonics Method Pte Ltd makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the information on our website or the bootcamp itself. Our bootcamp is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. By registering your child for our bootcamp, you acknowledge that you have read and understand these disclaimers.
7. Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Singapore.
8. Termination
The Umonics Method Pte Ltd reserves the right to refuse admission or terminate the bootcamp if your child’s behavior is deemed to be inappropriate or disruptive. We may also terminate your access to the bootcamp if you violate these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
